As Principal of Research Connects, he has

environment using media, databases and customized surveys. The mission
is to help businesses make better-informed strategic decisions. He also
can help businesses review and refine their marketing
strategies so they are relevant to their defined customer.
His past clients have
included associations, non-profit organizations and small start-up
businesses. He also has
experience managing projects.
His background is in sales, marketing and administration and has a
bachelor degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University, with
significant experience in the application and use of Internet
technologies.

Harvey Weisfeld
Harvey is the Principal of WiserSolutions, a Toronto-based consulting practice that specializes in designing practical strategies to support profitable and resilient enterprises that ‘make a difference’. Harvey supports entrepreneurs with their business development needs using a values-based, integrated bottom line approach. Harvey has consulted in the food, holistic health, retail and clothing manufacturing industries.
For over 25 years, Harvey, has been involved in progressive, socially conscious business: created and operated Yofi's, a popular, trendy, health-oriented, fresh food Mediterranean themed restaurant, opened The Holiday, a 12,000 square foot, live music, community-based nightclub and restaurant in Toronto's Queen Street West district, co-owned wholesale import business, Lost Horizon Trading Co. followed by Rising Suns, that involved regular travel to India and focused on incorporating traditional handcrafts with contemporary designs. Harvey’s passion to support positive cultural change through personal growth led him to complete a certification as a holistic experiential psychotherapist. After selling Rising Suns, Harvey created wiserSolutions.

Linda Marlene EalesCommunity Liaison, BodyTalk Practitioner, EAR Co-Organizer
Linda recently joined EAR as consultant, co-organizer, and roundtable co-developer in 2009. Having the opportunity to share her experience with social entrepreneurs and organizations through participating in this innovative and collaborative forum has been an exciting opportunity to impact positive social change.
As an active volunteer and advocate for over 20 years, Linda has served as board member, speaker, and PR spokesperson with local, national, and international charitable organizations. She is currently a board member with Windfall Clothing Services and is actively involved with the local Business Improvement Area (BIA), local Farmers' Market, and the Mad Pride organizing committee, and she develops and facilitates employment workshops for new Canadians at her local Skills for Change (SFC) Resource Centre.
From her experience as an energy-medicine practitioner of the BodyTalk System, Linda has developed a unique approach to strategic partnerships: This involves facilitating sustainable, trust-based partnerships for social entrepreneurs, business, and organizations to foster holistic community health. She has liaised with numerous business and organizations within her community, nurturing partnerships, increasing staff morale and engagement, raising funds for local charity partners, increasing sales of local business, and building brand reputation and recognition within the local community.
